By using Meal Daily Planner ("the app"), you agree to the following terms.
Meal Daily Planner provides daily meal plan suggestions (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) generated locally on your device based on your family size, dietary preferences, and available ingredients.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
New users receive a free trial period. After the trial ends, a subscription is required to continue using the app. If you subscribe before the trial ends, the remaining trial period is forfeited.
Meal plans are generated using AI (via OpenAI's API) or a local algorithm when offline, and are intended as suggestions only. The app does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for dietary needs.
All content, design, and code within the app are the property of Meal Daily Planner. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on meal plan suggestions.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
